checked out their website and couldn't really find out much of anything. Very vague. Mentions a joint venture but absolutely no deteails. This could be news on joint venture. Asks are at .04. I think we'll see .01 again before long but the news could also be a shocker. Tread carefully.

This poster just became a member when the news release hit. Could have picked a less pump worthy name.
This stock has rotten written all over it, especially when an insider tries to pump up his own company. Probably Fairchild did all the buying this morning.
As for the joint venture with China .... whatever.
I predict this one will be off the exchange on April Fools day.

China is going crazy on Mining, hmmm I could easily see a nice mining play into this clean shell.
Insiders are the ones who are owed money, and can issue shares for debt.
