May I suggest the company officers update their holdings in SEDI. This would be a wise thing to do considering they're on the TSX's radar (i.e. the trade halt). Most likely the CSC has been contacted over this one. Until there is some declaration of insider holdings not buried in legacy documents, I believe the lowest BID order gets my vote. In other words, you haven't been listening to the comments of the other posters on this board. HOW MUCH SKIN DO THE OFFICER'S HAVE IN THE GAME? I don't mean printed options and warrants. All I see is a diluted stock at 70M shares plus with poor liquidity. I do not see any insider holdings except the 2M shares in another company. So it would seem that you have inside track on this ...more

lol - i dont think it's worth the argument - this shell's been dead for a long time and there's no changes to insider positions since 1995 - which basspro, would explain why there is no sedi docs - FYI - sedi only has documents for after 1998 - to top this all off, mr.fung was recently offered a position in hong kong by an investment bank to manage a $3.6 billion HK dollar investment ...more
