I believe it's from yesterday's NR, offering stock options. The Company granted 500,000 stock options (each an "Option") to Ms. Gokhale pursuant to the Company's Amended and Restated Incentive Stock Option Plan (the "Plan"). Each Option has an exercise price of $3.05 and is exercisable into one common share , subject to certain vesting conditions and the

This could mean a number of things, usually this is something mutual funds distribute to investment firms or retail investors giving an outline of the fund and/or financial info before someone buys in. 1. This could be a big investments firm and/or company looking to buy a major stake in Supreme. Yes, they can buy it in the market but Supreme may be offering a private offering to them, may be
