Sounds like a desperate plea to health Canada in a last ditch effort. What does "matter of national interest" even mean for a beverage?   A matter of national interest is our NAFTA agreement.  If you're relaying on some magic drink to save your investment then good luck to you but I really don't care to hear about it on this board.
