Answer from IR re reverse split

Hi Simon,

I'm curious why you would call potential consolidation "madness"?

The share consolidation is part of our effort to make the stock more attractive to a broader set of potential investors. First, many institutions will only invest in marginable securities, which typically means shares with a minimum price of $3 to $5 depending on the institution. Second, a higher share price ensures that we would meet certain minimum listing requirements established by major exchanges in the United States - opening the opportunity for us to seek such a listing.

Overall, Supreme views the consolidation as a net positive event for shareholders. While some concerns have been shared (particularly in online chat forums), the vast majority of the feedback I've received has been positive thus far.

I'd like to hear what you think.

Thanks,

Scott

First off this guy from Investment Relations is a complete tool if he thinks a reverse split is a good thing. Second, what the hell is upper management thinking. If they wanted to be at $3 they could've done it easily doing what they're doing. I'm getting out at the best possible chance. Did that idiot give a timeline by chance?

Getting on the TSX and NYSE might make the reverse split worthwhile, I think there would be a significant jump in SP if they were to annouce that happening

Anyone who has been through a reverse split knows what kind of negative impact is coming next.

I've already been through one reverse split with this company.  I'm not going to go through another one.  No one else has needed to do this!  This management team is excellent at building a first class greenhouse and growing some first class pot, but they are horrible at running a publicly traded company.

My answer back I have been through seven reverse splits and none of them have worked out for me as an investor. I guess that is my reasoning. I would prefer the company to raise the price by producing results such as revenues and profits. I know the stock price has been a laggard to it's piers but is a reverse split the only way to get the stock price higher?

Problem is this stock should ALREADY be in the $3 to $5 range if they did their fu.cken job at selling this company!   Based on their last quarter's sales and waht they'll be able to start producing this January, this should be at minimum a double from today's price. Now they're going to artificially grow the stock price because they're too fu.cken incompetent to ...more

You could have not said it better Transporter, i was just about to comment on the possible reverse split. Every shareholder here is thinking it but yet to proud to say it, Fowler is to blame....say it, trust me you will feel better. Take a look at the other LP's that compete with Supreme, take a look at their revenue, look at their market cap, yet FIRE is the laggard. I've gone on record ...more

...the reason negative comments are coming in Scott is because investors have been stung by reverse splits. if we're at 1.60's now and we go to 8 dollars while losing 80% of our shares we have accomplished nothing. You want the stock to go up...distribute product in a timely fashion. The government has given the company the rights and tools to do it....you have people waiting for product ...more
