What SHOULD happen at the agm

Is shareholders demand a one year delay to the rediculous 1/5 RS. Run your business properly for one year, fullfill your promise to get to 50,000 kg run rate and get listed on tsx. Then lets see where we are at NEXT NOV! a simple plan to protect the current shareholders - not enrich future equity buyers (mmcap) and allow easy exit for shorts. If shareholders at the AGM dont sound off then fk all of you.

Nail meet Hammer!!! Exactly my thoughts & why I submitted my "No" votes already!   Maybe I'm missing something, but how can you ask for approval/reauthorization to continue issuing more share along with an employee share purchase program while asking for approval to do a 1/5 RS...WTH!     I'm willing to be educated; if someone can provide insight beyond ...more

look i'm literally on hold with my brokerage right now to obtain my control numbers to vote as well..... i'll be voting no........ but one thing i did read and thought i mention was that they are seeking approval but it doesn't state that they will be doing it immediately.... ie based on managements discretion if at all....... i suspect they will be doing so.... but i also do not ...more

Exactly! To give blind faith on a RS proposition is insane. The company does not need a US listing at this point in time. "Increase the attractiveness of a security" comes from sound mgmt , not financial engineering that serves the financial industry and mgmt while leaving current shareholders holding the bag. Do your jobs! If you have some huge deal that some huge partner wants in with ...more

There is generally more employee loyalty and interest in their workplace and the success of the company when they are owners and have skin in the game Hou...the culture that Fowler is creating is not unlike the Leafs and Babcock's job to make all of the members of the team to focus all their energy and skill into believing and making success the culture on and off the ice to achieve their goal ...more

i believe that NAV actually talked to that point in his last recorded interview. I believe he mentioned something about a 70% (and i feel like he said higher) engagement rate in Supreme's employees. Let them too have skin in the game and be rewarded for their hard work. One of my best compensations is a stock options plan i have throuhg work..... salary is ok but the benefits (stock option ...more

Guys, I'm completely aware of why employee stock options plans exist & how they're beneficial to the employees & a company.    I’m just literally at a point (after 4 yrs) where I want to see significant growth for my financial support/investment (my skin in the game)!   Obviously we all have our own opinions & literally come to a different conclusion based off ...more

If you have been here for 4yrs Hou, you must realize that the company and business plan is on schedule, not behind...why would you expect $4-5 before the first sales report is in? Without the sales there is no need for uplisting, if it was uplisted and there was a gain it would be manipulation and unsustainable without real sales/renenue and what suggests to you that the facility won't be ...more

Op,  I don't think you read my post properly.     You asked "why would you expect $4-5 before the first sales report is in?"    I stated:  "If the facility is complete & up listing to TSX happen this year “&” revenue grows as expected by this time in 2019"...   That’s 12 months from now with a facility that’s suppose to ...more

Dhaliwal is an asset to the team md and it appears that in all areas of the FIREstory the focus is on premium quality....you will always get the best and most out of most everybody when they can see reward for their efforts and it shames the weak links out at the same time. The more money they can make for themselves the better we will do and you can't expect more anywhere besides luck, like ...more

What a dirty shyster you are !! Can someone please ask opt why fire needs to consolidate!? They just raised 100m! Share float is perfectly fine for liquidity. Who benefits from RS ? 1) LEAD brokers of NEXT DEAL 2) CURRent shorters 3) holdersof debentures/options/ warrants 4) mgmt Who loses? 1) current LONG SHAREHOLDERS! Who does the smoothtalking opt work for anyways?. uote=OptGreen]There is ...more
