Facility Update news?

What are the chances management will put out a news release on Monday pre-market, prior to the AGM, providing a facility update?  i.e. 100,000sq.ft additional space approved by Health Canada.

I think the intent was t have the build completed by EOM December, but I don't think that included the slow-pokes at HC getting it approved.  HC approval could take a lot longer.  We all know what they are like.
