ACB posted 54m. Compared to ACB 7m will be good. Anything over 7m we should take off but, againg the cheaper the shares the more stockks that the holders of the debentures get. Thats the nuts of it.

Explain your logic as that makes absolutely no sense. Debenture holders can convert for a pre-defined number of shares at a pre-determined price.  There is no correlation to stock price nor any correlation to the financials.

In lieu of payment debendture holders can ask for the the amount owed in stocks. The chaeper the stock the more they get.
