Buy Back
Additional financing for this company = dilution, and consodilation with the performance of this stock IMO would be negative.
They really need market reaction, and value to the shareholders. The last couple of interviews the host has brought up the RS, and it is always a quick answer ie: its a tool, and deflect to another topic. If the question is being raised, it is a concern to the shareholders. IMO

it is a tool...its just an option ..if is ever used ..it will be if they graduate to the NYSE at a much higher share price

again, you're just making things up. There has never been any mention whatsoever about graduating to the NYSE. The RS is for further financing as the company said. Do you research before making things up. By the end of next year they could potentially have 500mill shares out, no wonder they want to do an RS. It's probably the only way it'll get past 2.43

right, do my DD. I have done my DD and it shows this stock I trading below it's price 2.5 years ago. Keep pumping and maybe one day it will break 2.43

please provide documentation or even the interview that has ever mentioned the RS for financing? Because that was not how it was presented in the AGM, or interviews, or anywhere. So back up your comment here bucko.......... (The management do not expect strong rofitablility in short term....... ???what???).......
