Agree 100per SC, everything is looking as good as planned 4yrs ago only better because today it is doable, not if it can be done, and the avenues of production are broader and  have sweetened significantly with more possibilities/ potential coming to light all the time. I can understand, and accept, a 30 to 40% increase in dilusion over the years due to the requirement to raise money (as almost everyone in this sector has had to do using this type of vehicle), but what you're staing here is you expect the company to increase number of shares by 200 to 300% over the next 12 months.  I'm sorry but I cannot see any possible realistic scenerio where that
