Bad Fundamentals
IMO, here are some bad fundamentals that Supreme does possess:
-Poor public relations skills;
-Respect for the Shareholders (they miss infiormed there sharehiolders) i.e. they did not explained why Health Canada did not approved those remaining rooms in order to get 50 000kg capacity per years ;
-to many outstanding share and not enough money on hand to annonced big investement in the USA or Europe;
-HUGE incertitude with the health issues delcared recently with vape products in the USA. Supreme invested a lot on that sector and now what happen if serious investigations found out that it the legal products are also dangerous;
-Also, the price increased in their products and the speed to sell their stuff seems to have slow down quit a bit since the last 3 weeks, many complains from some enthousiast... speacilly about Jake Haze were the buds are not Hand trimm but it is trimm by a machine which is already against what they preached since last year.
(Supreme's strategy is based on price increased and the quality of their products...so if complains rise and products dont sell quickly from the shelves, the market will answers and they already started.
So far the compagny is way overvalued, the trip South is not yet over unfortunatly. I strongly believe that a good entry point will be around $0,75 and $0,90 CAD.
IMO, the compagny will be buy out around 2022 for approx $1,5 billions CAD, which will still represent a SP of approx $3,23 CAD ($1,5 billions / 464 millions shares and if the SP stay under $2,4 until 2022, the good news of a buyout of $1,5 billions will be a SP of approx $3,70 ($1,5 billions / 405 millions share).
It is not in our interest that the SP get over $1,70 Cad until Dec13th 2019 and over $2,43 until Dec 2021 because we will have to support a dillution of over 59 millions share total.
Which best of luck to everyone
