Fowler out and now Dhaliwal

I believe I just have said this many times over since over a year ago that in order for this company to succeed it's current size and grow to the next phase it needs complete new leadership. I have time and time again said both John and Nav are rookies at leading a company especially one of this size. I received a lot of flack for my opinion, but the fact is what I said was true and the board recognized it and has finally made the moves necessary to put experienced leadership at the helm.

Now that the boys are out, let the real grown men play at the big table.

it goes without saying that both John and Nav have made their positive contributions, this change should have happened over a year ago.

I can guarantee that Riyaz Lilani will be next. The old boys club has been identified and change is happening, no more sugar coating, window dressing and handouts.
