good to see John...looks like product is moving... brent we just need to disagree .. you have your adjenda. and I'm a bull who believes and continues to invest in fire.. I have far more shares that I intended to buy but I bought all the way down.. decision I'll have to make is do I sell the exstra shares for profit or hold all.. see how it goes but I am up on those.. jmho cheers

Thank you joh, it appears dated product is getting cleaned up nicely and there is an ever increasing amount of product being shelved....from what you have seen to date and if you were a betting man, do we see + or - $20mil for the quarter? We will see an increase Q over Q, just how much and with Beena coming onboard almost half way through the quarter along with the final commissioning of the CPG ...more

Opt - I'm gonna do a deep dive into it and present some model for revenues after I get some more pack dates - just as the quarter ends.  Im going back all the way to the end of December -  preview of what I'm working on: based on financials.  As december 31 inventory finished - 26.8mil  - 5mil write down on trim  - .20% reduction in price  - 9.75mil ...more

good stuff John.. much appreciated cheers

Always appreciated joh and never intended to be pushy at all, your effort, info and opinion is valued....and to put it together on a piecemeal basis with such little confirmed info/data available we all understand that they are estimates. Also it is going to be more difficult in this transition from the history of B2B sales, of which were fewer and on a lump sum basis and just that much more ...more

ya for sure opt - no worries.  I can calculate everything 6 ways from sunday - but I don't know the ratio of 7g to 3.5g to 1g pre-rolls that they produce.  if you have a 25/75 split 7g to 3.5g packaging - and make that 90% of all production and assign 10% to pre rolls -  (some reasonable assumptions)  pro-rate all the most current package dates that are visible (although ...more

very much appreciated.. I'm sure its within range and has more thought than many throwing numbers around.. thanks cheers

Love this break down ty! Two questions....do we think we will still be doing that much in wholesale? I thought all the legacy contracts were done...but I do know they r willing to sell if the price is right. Also vape/rosin... I would think initial orders would be small and they went t9 even smaller provinces....I dunno certainly not going to put a number on it....just need to see solid growth...
Comment by johnale on Jun 30, 2020 8:25am
I think the legacy contracts ended in October - but even still - we had 3.3 mil Q2 and 4mil Q4 (3.3 outside truverra) seems like a consistent 3.3mil they have available.  I also talked to IR after Beena was hired - And the strategy was to still pump wholesale if the rec channels weren't open yet.  so I pulled some revenue out of the rec channels - and put it wholesale. Even ...more

good points Johnale! certainly alot to see in the next Q.... really hope we see some sort of guidance....
Comment by OptGreen on Jun 30, 2020 2:38pm
Didn't expect so soon joh, thank you....~$20mil sure looks very reasonable and with the info you provide very doable. This has been an impressive 6-8mos and in her first couple of months on the job we see an ~100% increase quarter over quarter for her debut and we should see that repeated in the first half of FY2021...is there any question whether SP is being manipulated? Beena/ Moore have ...more

Hahaha thanks -  ya the level of due diligence I'm putting into this one is more than I've ever done. But necessary given the situation.  ill say this - I have a hard time seeing us do anything less than 15mil. That's like a hard floor if a lot of assumptions are wrong.  17mil is my low end estimate.  I think we fall somewhere pretty close to 20mil.  ...more

I think 15M would be good, 20M would be great! we also need some future guidance, and what is the issue with getting their products out there, is it an internal problem, ie capacity or packaging or is it a distribution problem ie governments/stores not ordering enough product because of demand. Hopefully dome of these questions/issues will be more apparent with this quarters results. The future ...more

I agree I will be looking for inventory to be substantially reduced ...if not why
Comment by BCmountainman on Jun 30, 2020 4:48pm
Future looks great yeah right that is what they said theee years ago dream on.
Comment by OptGreen on Jun 30, 2020 5:27pm
These are not material problems nn, in fact with the level of progress over the last 6-8mos they are just a normal part of doing business...FIRE has implemented a totally different business model and method of operation over this period and if not realizing profit this quarter, probaly next, there is few if any that are or will be in that league for some time yet. The 7acres facility is the ...more

Do there DD yeah thats right sell before you get more hurt.
Comment by OptGreen on Jun 30, 2020 5:05pm
Just stating facts joh, from what I glean and assess and after adding your numbers and assumptions, of which is the best info outside of reports, NRs etc fromthe company on where the rubber meets the road....product out, shelved, sold and restocked. The guidance from Moore/team has been spot on from what we are seeing today. Beena will provide guidance in fiscal yearend report and I expect it ...more
