15% Price Drop on Flower

Was just on OCS and noticed Supreme has dropped their flower prices 15% to $8.76g ($32.95 for 3.5g and $61.30 for 7g) - Those prices look much more reasonable and in line with previous black market prices I was familiar with, should really help demand in my opinion. Will be interesting to see how it affects the financials.

Also, Jack Haze is currently not listed on OCS.

My mistake, Jack Haze is still on there, just sold out. My  "out of stock" was switched off, it's normally always on.

I believe OCS marks up 70-80% - so the actual drop to ASP to supreme is more like 6%. - which is like 30c from 4.56.  I think it's part of the plan - going to full production - if your going to sell 20-25 mil in flower/q you need the right prices. good points.... i was also reading this AM about how horrible the wait time is for retailers in ON to open its doors. Something like at the rate today if someone was to submit an application it would be almost 2 years before they open the doors to the public. Although they are issuing 5 licenses a week nowhere close to enough. That said the OCS is constructing a new warehouse which should be ...more

For the same reason they are in the liquor and lottery business. To supplement tax revenue so they can operate a first class business without a nickle of their own in the game. Quite the oppoosite as they can pay themselves quite nicely this way.
