Who Took debt for Equity is not on the Board of Directors As I Speak. IR Says That Involves "Negotiations" "Negotiations" Are On!...I addressed The."corporate press releases" And lack of NR even though I can see all the Sku products Coming out with out a NR; He Said they Are working on some things that Are Relevant and we will see news in A week or So. He made clear they don't like to put out Non Relevent NR because (Damn if u do Damn if you dont.)..One more thing; Financials come out in Mid November; IR said it will be on A better Day than Thursday As last time....I wanted to wait longer to call him but I said I would and I'm glad I did!...And of course the the guys who bought Hi and sold Low and cant let it Go! Motivate Me))

You didn't get a sense of the nature of the negotiations RR? Beena was all about supporting/ growing SH value, so one would have to think that the final terms would not allow for MMCap to run it up to $.40 and start selling off, any indication that this will not be the case? Thanks. JMHO...Opt
