In my opinion, and if you think there going anywhere think again, they already went to court in 2013 and the feds lost which is why the program still exists and the reason LPs exist as a final counter by the feds to flood out the acmpr pp licenses.

In my opinion, wait, it gets better yet. and the same lawyer john Conroy who won that first federal stance to allow the acmpr pp licenses to exist is back in court fighting to allow those very licensees to sell legally and indefinitely to unlicensed dispensaries. good fricken luck you guys, give your head a shake
