This may (or may not) be why no insiders are buying? Could possibly be in a black-out period leading into financials?? From Supreme website Code of Ethics. ---> "Representatives are prohibited from buying or selling shares of Supreme if they are aware of nonpublic material information about Supreme ... Possible examples include financial information such as consolidated sales

we don't know if they would but you are correct they likely cannot. All of you that are so angry obviously don't own a lot of stock. The BOD got almost 100% approval from shareholders.
