Supreme Needs a More Robust Cannabis 2.0 Program

First I'd like to say - I enjoy both sides of the argument, especially when I see concrete data like what Transporter posted on the Top Brands.

i have no fear that I will profit down the road.  My break even is mid .20 s but I did average down once.

A lot of focus has been on Beena and rightly so, however I'm intrigued by Tom McAdams the GM in Langley, BC.  This guy has 30 years experience and was formerly the GM of Labatt.

Supreme's 2.0 portfolio is heavily into oils and vapes.   However, it seems they have an under utilized asset in Tom, that could really help them get into the cannabis infused beverages.  I know that takes money, but I want to see this company make a big move forward.

Their size does not lend themselves to procuring much in the way of capital - scale is becoming more and more importantl in this industry.

We all don't want them constantly going to the market like TGOD (I own that too), and issuing more shares and further diluting our position.  Mergers and joint ventures should all be on the table.

Any thoughts on the beverage play.  Good or bad.

Keeping it simple and focusing strong on quality and price with new strain drops will win them ...more

Agreed Strong, the quality flower market is where the strength is but Beena has dealt with beverage product at Hain I believe so would have to defer to her judgement and experience to the level of production persued in this area. I am a 1.5- 2gram a week smoker and have found just how good the Haze is after I have been cleaning up some of the older JG and Sensi, for example, for a few days and ...more

I don't think anyone should be opposed to adding different 'profitable' revenue streams.  The knock on beverages is that it is a very small part of the market 1-2% and you have much bigger companies (canopy, hexo... ) already way ahead in the game. Its a difficult space for supreme to play in, and they would not have a competative advantage in any way.  Supremes advantage ...more
