Looking at reentering

Haven't been in this stock in a couple years. Sector seems to be picking up momentum and the market cap isn't very high. How is the company doing now? Will they be doing any dilutive financing soon? I see ~20 million cash as of September.

The chart is what is appealing to me - I like buying beat up stocks. Although it seems that MMCAP is in the middle of dumping ~50 million shares?

Needing cash for what Jose?? Capex is close to zero and the sales are covering the operating costs, last quarter will be $2M or so positive EBITA , so they should n't need cash for anything
