Why is the bid and Ask at 0.00 is the stock halted?

What platform do you use?  I added more this morning.  I have TD, it was choppy again but was able to get order filled at .22

TD as well both TGOD and Fire showing no activity all my others are active

Probably just the site. Now I can’t log onto TD.  They were having issues earlier and some tickets took longer to update. Hopefully they’re back online soon.
