That sucks  You'd probably be able to buy in $0.05 cheaper tomorrow.   Tomororw this will get destroyed unless the company releases another NR in the morning indicating a solid reason for the cash raise.

What if they use it to pay off high interest debt knowing that they have good info in the bag? The latest Q1 sounds encouraging, trading during close prevents shorts, more than 1 analyst had them breaking even by Q1 2022. I'm not convinced this is bad news! I'm only riding $1K so I think the excitement is worth the price of admission.

Paying highest interest debt through dilution at these low levels is not a good idea.

Copy that. I know the REITs do it to fund property acquisition, just thinking out loud. I'm FULL BULL on this one so trying to find what the positives of this could be. Been going over past pr's and financials and I just can't figure out what would have gone so wrong in such a short time from Q1? Doesn't add up Watson lol

Its weird - but the whole sector raised cash recently.  VFF - one of the best - 135mil at 15 and change CAD.  Aurora - 5x oversubscribed for their dumpster fire.  135mil  plus a whole host of others - those two just off the top.  At a minimum - putting 20mil in the account at .19 really beefs up the balance sheet (40mil in cash) - and could pay down debt. It also helps to ...more

I like that. The US market is where to be for growth. Lol I'd rather smoke Oregano than anything Aurora is bringing to the table! We got a decent product, decent management, obviously tough to gain competitive advantage but all in all I'm still thinking this is gonna be good.

Difference is the others raised cash after a really nice rally. Raising cash in a strong stock price minimizes dilution. Supreme never had a good rally and is raising cash at such a low level.  Q2 is just 2 weeks way. Why not wait for a bit of a rally from a strong quarter before raising cash?  Something stinks here and makes me wonder if Q2 is all that we expect it to be? if cash ...more

I've been reviewing the DD I had done on Beena, and how business was conducted at Hain Celestial, and she is a smart business person. She has made some strategic business moves since her arrival, strengthing fundamentals. I strongly believe this is another calculated move which I hope will assist the company gain traction once Q2 is released. I keep thinking a merger, if the company is ...more
