Confusing stock...

A few days ago, FIRE releases excellent Quarterlies and the stock price drops. 
Yesterday, FIRE releases news about the RAISE and it is setting up to increase in value (in pre-trade).

would love to get a clear handle on how many shares MMCap holds. I would think that they are net sellers at > .41 (seller of the 116.5M shares from the $63.5M and coverting the $36.5M debenture and selling the shares) We did stick around .41 last week. So based on the volume I think they must have sold a ton. This new deal is at .31 but it's only 72M shares...will it hold or be sold, who ...more
