I guess I can't escape my fate with Tweed. But I'm not going back to them. 

I'm not voting for this deal. It's horrible. It's unfair. I'd rather we build up from here and I know we can. If they want to buy us out, then add another zero to the offer price. 

What are we to do now?

Hoping to hear from Aurum83 over here lol - I am going to start to dig on this but I do not think we will have a leg to stand on. I am sure they hold sufficient voting rights to push this through. Sadly it does not appear to be a hostile takeover - so what is that 65% support threshold? I have a gut feeling we can not stop this.... sadly.... f*&^% I'm with you Lily2021 as in this company ...more

Our vote won't matter, there are huge shareholders of Supreme that will support this deal. Remember, the whole sector is down now including Canopy, and there's a lot of upside for Canopy, especially with U.S. legalization on the horizon. And what we do now, is wait and see if there's any other bids offered to Supreme. You never know...
