1- I do not like the deal. 2- There are variables that we as investors do not have at our disposal. 3- We know that deal is not written in stone Supreme has a window to solicit higher bids and Canopy has the right to match or receive a breakage fee 12.5m. 4- What are the odds another company eg Cronos Aphria Sundial make a greater offer? 5- We are all happy for you.
