Just vote NO!!!! (not that it matters)

Ya stil kicking around for fun of it. Hope this deal falls through eg. drop in Canopy SP further erodes the 'great' return us fire:ct shareholders are getting. Doubtful a competing bid comes forward though you never know... hexo just loaded up.... remember Canopy needs to buy companies like Supreme to have a hope in h e double hockey sticks for a profit. Supreme was on the verge of a real sustainable positive EPS. People want 7 Acres therfore dispensaries will stock us. End of story.

Canopy will be fine.  The mj sector has been on a downtrend of late.  Without this buyout Fire would be in low to mid .20’s with a reverse split imminent which would further erode shareholder value and confidence.   i like Fire and the the direction the company was going however and will continue to hold through the buyout.  Jmo

Good choice.

The SP would not be sitting in the low 20's without the second raised funds and the loaded ATM in hand. Why was this done? The first one, okay breathing room. The other(s)? Increased share count thus likely ensuring enough votes? Seems like a reasonable assumption at this point. Canopy will be fine, lol, I don't invest to be fine. I invest to make money and desire to invest in companies ...more

That’s a lot of assumptions re canopy and fire.  If you can’t see the positive synergies of the two companies then vote no.  I don’t see it that way.

Please help me understand as a fire:ct shareholder and an experienced consumer why this deal is a good deal. Where is the benefit to Supreme? As far as the assumptions I made they are more hypothesis vs speculation. Unless you care to call something out? Maybe I am wrong, maybe this is best for me as a Supreme shareholder. What am I missing?

You get a huge premium on an already overvalued stock that needs to raise more capital otherwise.

How about add substance to your comments. Garbage is all that I hear. Supreme raised how much money Jan. and Feb. while having access to how much cash? Go look it up and get back to me. Fact is this company was on solid financial ground moving forward. They questionably did not need the first raise and definitely not the second. Thanks for coming out though. Overvalued lmao. This company was on ...more

With revenue of only 18m in the 3 mos ended December & negtive EBITDA - their rev for 3 mos Mr 31 will be no better - EV of 435m??  take it

3400+ new active listings added in that same quarter by the way. Will revenues be similar this quarter vs last? Likely, why Israel shipment unlikely went through thus their wholesale side will have dipped. So if their number are flat that means their recreational market share continues to grow. THAT is what matters right now. Canadian recreational market. Supreme is listed at 50k kilograms which ...more

theres no huge premium.. its an old snake oil saleman scam.. beat the price down 80 percent of where it should be.. hold it.. make the deal and add 66 percent out of the goodness of your heart.. where still 14 percent less market value and dont forget you get all the cash raised.. so its not even costing you that... lts like having a sale on stuff you over priced by 50 percent and you knock 25 ...more

I'm voting no to Canopy's Chump Change! With Supreme doing some R/D on a beverage platform, business was moving and the sales of the 7Acres products through the roof. I'll say this with Canopy's price right now we could be in 2 years 10 fold with the resources that they render. GLTA

We were almost tenfold 2years ago, without the Canopy deal. The wheels fell off...But we still believed in the Supreme concept. I for one don't see the advantage of joining with Weed. They can't even get their own house in order! We were moving along nicely till BMO got in. Still don't think highly of that move. They had a good upside on this deal!
