Just vote NO!!!! (not that it matters)
Ya stil kicking around for fun of it. Hope this deal falls through eg. drop in Canopy SP further erodes the 'great' return us fire:ct shareholders are getting. Doubtful a competing bid comes forward though you never know... hexo just loaded up.... remember Canopy needs to buy companies like Supreme to have a hope in h e double hockey sticks for a profit. Supreme was on the verge of a real sustainable positive EPS. People want 7 Acres therfore dispensaries will stock us. End of story.

Canopy will be fine. The mj sector has been on a downtrend of late. Without this buyout Fire would be in low to mid .20’s with a reverse split imminent which would further erode shareholder value and confidence. i like Fire and the the direction the company was going however and will continue to hold through the buyout. That’s a lot of assumptions re canopy and fire. If you can’t see the positive synergies of the two companies then vote no. I don’t see it that way.

Please help me understand as a fire:ct shareholder and an experienced consumer why this deal is a good deal. Where is the benefit to Supreme? As far as the assumptions I made they are more hypothesis vs speculation. Unless you care to call something out? Maybe I am wrong, maybe this is best for me as a Supreme shareholder. What am I missing?

You get a huge premium on an already overvalued stock that needs to raise more capital otherwise.

I'm voting no to Canopy's Chump Change! With Supreme doing some R/D on a beverage platform, business was moving and the sales of the 7Acres products through the roof. I'll say this with Canopy's price right now we could be in 2 years 10 fold with the resources that they render. GLTA

We were almost tenfold 2years ago, without the Canopy deal. The wheels fell off...But we still believed in the Supreme concept. I for one don't see the advantage of joining with Weed. They can't even get their own house in order! We were moving along nicely till BMO got in. Still don't think highly of that move. They had a good upside on this deal!
