He's a very disturbed person, one that once was assigned to a padded room until the latest healthcare cutbacks forced the government to put him back on the street with a make believe friend ( Annonomouse/ratshit) and a computer.  Anyone notice that the fool has more ignores than posts?  Unless you're a paid pumper  having that many ignores indicates a serious problem with reality or severe mental illness, both are generally well managed however his form is usually untreatable.
