Help Please

I really did think I did my DD on First Uranium, and though it's difficult to admit, I do not understand the ramifications of today's announcement in regard to the notes being placed for sale on the African market.
Can anyone explain what this really means? Is this the reason the share price has been dropping each day for what seems an eternity? As Narmac has called them multiple times in the past, did the "banksters" know about this and dropped the price? Why? I really do not understand this.
I am busy at work during the day but I do occasionally sneek a peak at the markets. The .50 price point seems to be the marker. Any bid at this price is taken up instantly.
Any comments, opinions or factual information would be welcomed. Even if the naysayers piped in would be great since they seemed to see something I had no idea was coming.
Help, please, thank you.
S.

Oops, pressed the button too soon. Thanks for your response re: the notes for sale. A number of other people have indicated to me that placing these on the market has no impact on the share price. If it did, it was when the notes were issued and the market has taken this financing into account.Strange though that the share price is drifting ....waiting for good news.....I thought we already had a ...more
