FIU Management Problem

Seems FIU has a management problem. are they not responsible for maintinance of the pipes and record keeping.
they let shareholders down because the nuke people say management didnt do there jobs. there is no escuse for not doing the job they are payed to do. what other problems are lurking in the background that we dont no about,

I wouldn't say management are responsible, for this incident.  They may have cut a corner to speed things up, and there could be a little pis8uing match going on here between government regulator and fiu or the government, or union or the BEE. ANC wanting part of all business. FIu state they have 15KM of pipeline inspected daily.If management are at fault they surely would not have
