Okay  this is getting funny,   FSE are told they do not have "official status"  so the Water Tribunal refuses to hear their complaint, so they now file with the high court?  Obviously they have money they need to waste.  It's really too bad there does not appear to be a chance of a counter claim by FIU for frivolous prosecution or they could counter ...more
