OSC

I have sent my letter to the OSC and I suggest others do the same.This sp has been controlled for at least 2 months by Broker #39. The 4 million share wall by RBC on Friday is the last straw for me.

I know the OSC replies to all complaints. I'm hoping they will conduct an investigation immediately.

This is on the TSX- Canadian.... not on African corrupt tribunal warfare.

I don't think the OSC is the way to go, this asset sale is in it's infancy, the MWS deal needs to be voted down because FIU managment has created a situation where other offers cannot be considered, EZ price needs to be increased or voted down. I am perfectly happy at this point to allow dilution to occur. I do not see how this is the worst case scenario. It's the worst case scenario ...more

Collusion,unnecessary and extended shutdowns, environmental groups and more....this is the law of the land in Africa. FIU is the problem not Africa... poor security standards, failure to take full repsonsibilities, lack of serious oversight...this lead to too many accidents which affected production. As a share holder you should take full responsibility for FIU too. Blaming "Africa" is just lame.
