Assumptions

The less we can get: .11c

We might get: .19c

Best case: .26c

We have until may 2012 to make our mind as of if we vote yes or no for the charity sale of the two assets.

Is there any possibility that another company steps in for the purchase and create a bidding war?

What is the chance that either of the bidder increase their bid?

If the production numbers are not as bad as we think (I think it's going to stink), what will happend to the SP?

Man, I have so many question with this pos. I do not trust the management for a bit.

Can't wait to close the books on that pos and move on.

NO .. managment blocked all other offers untill this offer is voted on.   "What is the chance that either of the bidder increase their bid?" IMO next to none ...more

NO .. management blocked all other offers until this offer is voted on.   I will add it is just my opinion, I don't call this a buyout, I call it an orchestrated takeover. They timed the vote so there would be no time to accept another offer before note holders ...more

Those Bass-tu*rds in S. Africa have set this up I'm afraid right from the start.  There was no way that this comapny was going to succeed, they put a moron in charge and look at what they did.  RBC have to be accountable in some way for this shambles, they are the ones who gave all this gung-ho krapp about how a good going concern this was.  My feelign is that we may very well ...more

Guy's, do you think they will keep the SP at .14c until the vote? Or are they going to let it go at one point. If the production update is ugly, will the SP crash or will they keep it around .14? I'm trying to average down my lost for a last time... You were talking about other oppertunity, I got N.FRO a couple of weeks ago. That's an invetment...Up over 50%. Thanks for all the advice. ...more
