EGM

I understand exactly where Doug is coming from. He wants the FIU management replaced by means of an EGM because everything they touch turns into a disaster...but...we must walk before we run and do everything in the right order.

Just like a political budget. When a budget is defeated then resignations are called for. Same here.

Defeat these bad deals and call for resignations. If they aren't forthcoming...then force the issue.

Step by step....in the right order.

Okay I read your post Hmmmmmmm and you are correct but I do have some serious question in regards to calling an EGM before the vote on teh sale is over adn we were successful. 1)  Let's say we win the vote and BOTH sales are rejected,  we do know what were up against, I doubt that management will stay on as they were defeated and their authority to manage has been upsurped therefore ...more

Lefmike You are correct, if the board is replaced there must be replacements. I wouldn't be surprised if something is quietly going on in the background to handle that eventuality.
