consider your options

vote yes and get up .26c a share or

vote no and get nothing

Comment by colt451 on Apr 05, 2012 11:40am
That doesnt seem like considering our options...that seems like you trying to argue that we either get 0.14-0.26 or nothing. And given that you are referencing all of one analyst from an informal interview where there is no actual information drawn upon it's a pretty flimsy argument to be making. You have literally posted the link to an article where an analyst at an investment firm is asked ...more

Pillow24 you;re a liar adn are here only for one reason,  to get your buys in and regardless of whre it lands you are fine.  UNLESS we win then all bets are off.   Get off this thread you;re posting lies on all of them   SHEEIT  a member since March 20th is it?   Liar.
Comment by pillio24 on Apr 05, 2012 11:47am
Im just stating my opinion. So, im a liar because im a member since march 20th? Thats your logic? Hey, you win some, you lose some. Don't invest with money you cant afford to lose!
Comment by colt451 on Apr 05, 2012 11:57am
I never called you a liar...I respected the fact that you can choose to vote yes, however, I said that the links you posted do not support your argument that voting yes is in the best interest of shareholders.  To be candid however, I am highly skeptical of any shareholder who claims to hold over 1,000,000 shares over the last 4 years and who support a deal that leaves them somewhere between ...more

Like i said i lost heavily with fiu and simmers, but no sale means the company has to issue alot more shares further pushing the price way lower than it already is. Not good for shareholders and creditors. No cash to finance operation. takes alot more than +-10mil in cash reserves to keep this going. I dont feel like waiting until after im dead to get back the money i invested.
Comment by colt451 on Apr 05, 2012 12:22pm
So your just going to repeat what FIU management has said without giving any actual reasons? I am sorry but I have call you either  1) a liar  or 2) a moron  You are saying that you have lost heavily on FIU, so your solution is to continue to trust FIU management and believe they are acting the your best interest? Well I guess we can close this discussion, you are either so ...more

Hahahahaha! In your last post you stated that you opinion, if i stated my argument would be professional. You then call me a liar and a moron because i dont agree with you. My professional opinion of you is that you're dilussional in thinking that you would be better off if the deals dont go through. And over emotional because of the losses you incured with this stock.
Comment by pillio24 on Apr 05, 2012 12:39pm
So what are your expectaions if both deals dont go through?  Are you hoping that crying like a little baby on a message board will get anglo and gold one to up the offer? Or are you hoping that village gets mws the only profitable part of the business?
Comment by colt451 on Apr 05, 2012 12:39pm
Actually, I called you a liar OR a moron because instead of presenting an argument you repeated what management has stated in their NR's - and if you are a long shareholder still supporting management you are a moron in my books. And as for my emotions - I am absolutely angry about this asset sale, and I am absolutely keeping a level head about it, because that is the way this asset sale will ...more

Well said colt.  And to be clear, 4 years ago the stock was around 10 dollars.  And didn't go substantially under 1 for long until May last.  If he was in this for 4 years, I would think he would have way more then that invested. So lets hear some analysis, vs scare tactics.  That is such an obvious lie that you have 1.2m shares, and have been in this for 4 years, that it ...more

Well both deals really do not have a hope in going through do they? The MWS deal needs 50% approval, and related parties cannot vote. There are 5 large shareholders in FIU. 3 of the large shareholder groups represent 20% of shares and they are voting against the deal, the other 2 large shareholders are related parties and cannot vote. As you can see from the shareholder group, the majority of ...more

Theres no doubt that the asset sale stinks and i never once said that i like how the company has been run over the years. I asked you what you're expectations are if both deals dont go through? Do you think you will get the money back that you invested? If you do then you really are dillusional
Comment by pillio24 on Apr 05, 2012 1:01pm
Vote yes and villiage gets paid. Vote no and villiage inherits a profitable business (MWS) and shareholders inherit ez and no capital.

1.2MM shares over 4 years.... unless you bought a million of them in the last month or so, you are in this deeper than a pig in $ hit. ...but you are still willing to roll over and take it  like a real man!! You are either filthy rich, apathetic, or not entirely truthful. I don't know which one to choose. ....oh wait ...or you did just buy them all in the last month and don't give a ...more

What do I expect? I expect a higher return than the asset sale will provide. And as a shareholder, that is all that matters, maximizing returns.

As soon as I read Mr.Pillows 1st tirade about how this is a good deal for up all, then read the links he provided I felt this guy is a plant by one of the thieves in S. Afirca,  why?   Well he mentioned two or three time Village... hmmmm They may now realize that there are votes being massed to fight against their thievery.  What happens WHEN the sale is rejected by the ...more

Village inherits nothing except ownership in FIU with the rest of us. I doubt at that point they want to give our assets away to Gold One and AGA.  Last I checked the current debt due converts to shares. MWS is earning 60m + a year.  With just that, it should be np to refinance the 2013 debt.  Our problem is Ez.  Which should be disposed of or shut if it can't break even ...more

If the deal does not go through the creditors get MWS. AGA and GO dont increse their offer sice there are no other offer on the table. If dillution occurs you willing to turn down .26c a share for 20c-30c a share based on your calculation (doubtfull).
Comment by colt451 on Apr 05, 2012 1:29pm
Did I not show you the math? There are no large shareholders voting for MWS, so let's move past the possibility that the vote will go through shall we? We have 5.5 Million shares here voting no, there isn't even enough support for the asset sale to counter us, let alone the 41,000,000 shares the large shareholders wield. And given your inability to spell, and Dkolish's sudden ...more

would AG offer us 38 cents a share in shares of AG instead of cash we become shareholders of AG. AG buys both operations.

colt it doesn't matter if he is Dolish or Barrack Obama or what he paid for the shares or how many he has. MWS is voted down. swamphole Village takes the MWS asset we are stuck with Ezwini is this true where that leave bond holders

I never professed to know what the outcome would be. I simply stated that i would be voting yes for both deals. In the last few posts i've been acused of being a liar, working for 3 different companies and a dkolish just because you disagree with my opinion. How do you expect  to be taken seriously with that attitude.
Comment by shiftman on Apr 05, 2012 1:46pm
that is not right to call you these things, i wish they would simply deal with the issues never mind who is dokolish. colt we want to know how this will unravel if the no votes sideways and no wants to buy the assets. but right now we need answers.
Comment by colt451 on Apr 05, 2012 1:57pm
I am not here to do your research for you...I am organizing opposition to the asset sale. Why? Because as a shareholder at 0.60/share it is in my best interest to vote down this asset sale. Period. If it was in my best interest to vote yes to this asset sale that is what I would be campaigning for, but it simply is not in my best interest. If you want answers contact FIU management, or do your own ...more

Ha, more lies.  Go read the deal.  No they don't get MWS.  The debt converts to shares if we vote no. It is very explicit that this is what happens after.  We go forward with lower interest costs, and with Ez delivering 7% of gold vs 40%+ at 400oz previously.  Worst case was 30c based on 100m for Ez and 443 for MWS, diluting at 15c.    Those are still ...more
