Hi There I have found out that 2000 of my shares are on the list and 30000 are not. that because i have two different trading accounts ( TFSA & CASH ACCCOUNT Through TD Waterhouse). If I receive voting ballot for my 2000 shares can I request at that time to have my vote for the 30000 share account included with my 2000 share ballot. EG: Voting No No

Sadly no,  that is exactly what I found with my shares,  here I am doing my best to drum up NO support and  found out when I got the list that I wasn't on it  Was I so  Peeved...  Got in touch with my broker, My TFSA was fine my silly $ 10,000 in shares were listed,  but my big investment  over $ 115,000 worth wasn't  well they sent me a form

I found the form your talking about and the area for receiving info was not ticked off. That happened when I also opened my account 15 years ago . Monday morning I will go to my broker's and try to resubmit the form thanks Vote NO NO NO NO

The share voting does not make sense as it turns out I am not on the list but I have recieved many share vote papers before. Is the reason you are not on the list is just to stop you from getting junk mail but you will still be able to vote?
