What will Happen if FIU Voting Result come out " N

Hi

So far what I know, if Voting of FIU comes out " YES " then there is a possibility of getting Share price between 15 to 25 Cents / Share depending Escrow amount release as full or not. So if some one buy Share at current price " 11 Cents " then approx 25 % to 125 % gain. I know it is not going to be good for peoples whos avg price is more then 15 to 25 Cents Per Share.

Now I dont know what will be exact price of share if Voting Result comes out " NO ", I can see lots of peoples saying vote " NO " but do they know what will be share Price if this Voting Results is " NO " ?

Appreciate if some one give Tangible number so we makes informed decision rather just blaming management.

atkhan;   You mention a number of things then come out and ask us to give you Tangible numbers without blaming management?  ARE YOU FOR REAL??  . You say the current share price is 11 cents and that IF a YES vote was to win the price would be between 15 and 25 cents,  and you ask us to give you tangible numbers?  ARE YOU FOR REAL? . You mention that those who have ...more

I have no idea why I'm answering this question again...   If the asset sale was approved by some miracle shareholders get shafted, period. The initial compensation would only be between 0.01-0.11/share, this will fluctuate depending on how much money FIU needs to continue running and at the rate that management is burning through cash, the initial compensation will be less than 0.11/share ...more

Atkhan Has the company stated what price they are giving for the shares ?  If the comapnies mines can't be sold what are your shares worth? If a new buyer comes along and his offer is higher for both properties the share price offered would likely be more. I don't think anyone can answer your question with a dollar fiqure, as they would be quessing as no one knws how much debt the ...more

Hi Sorry to say but I tell u I m real and not here to create a Doubt . I can put the same Blame on you as you are promoting to Vote " NO " . I am putting a Fact with real number and trying to understand what will be the iMpact if we say NO. I know the profit which I told you is based on current price not for peoples who already bought on higher price. Myself will ...more

There is "0" possibility for the share price to go over 0.21/share if the vote is yes. Are you that thick-headed? Is this difficult to understand?     The credit loan has been accessed. The Pro Forma Proceeds have dropped from 36.6 million to 26.6 million, meaning that shareholders would only receive 0.11/share initially, followed by 0.0-0.11 a year or more later, for a ...more

@ Colt Do you have link where it says Proforma Proceed decreased from 36.6 to 26.6 Million ? and you are saying for sure we will not get any money out from escrow " 25.4 Million " ? If we Vote No then we get any portion of this money ? offcourse not but we do have hope we may get little if Vote is YES. Guys sorry for debating but I m trying to make up my own mind based on Solid proof for ...more

It was in the last NR FIU management released, you can find it anywhere including the FIU site, every news article published since then has also made it a point to explicity state shareholders will be receiving 0.11/share max.

I honestly do not think dilution is a realistic possibility...I have not bothered to run the numbers on it because the debt holders would have to be suicidal to decide to dilute instead of simply renegotiate the terms of debt. I mean, what would you choose, another 2 years with 7% interest with your debt connected to tangible assets, or being diluted, losing your "first paid" position ...more

@ Colt Thanks Colt. Your last post clarify a lot except confirmation of 26 million change from 36  range I will try to search article which explain proforma proceed changed from 36 to 26 range. So far I am not able to find that. Keep us posted for any further progress and news. Its painfull to see loosing money and sorry if my post created any problem for anyone. I am a common investor like ...more

Here you go, 10M credit facility deducted from the EZ sale price of 70M drops performa proceeds by a minimum of 10M down to 26.6M however, if more money is needed, this will further drop. Notice how FIU said that more money may be needed, meaning that 0.11/share has become the maximum. In all likelyhood, if the asset sale was approved, there would be less than 0.11/share. Remember the asset sale ...more
