Who is Olma trying to find for a 50% stake?

50% of 237,000,000 shares outstanding is 118,500,000 @ 0.60/share = $71,000,000

+ 150M loan

= 50% of the company + the loan would equal 220M. I'd guess Betsky is trying to get Renova to buy 50% of FIU...the reason being is that they can have control over MWS and EZ with only the June 2013 debt left for a total of 220M. They offered 80M for EZ so, lets take out the 80M, meaning that they are getting control over MWS for 140M - Not bad for a profitable gold asset.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see...

"This way both bondholders and shareholders get a better deal," commented Betsky.   In my opinion, we are a lot better off following Betsky and the other large ...more

If someone bought 50% of the company and out in new management, this would actually be a good long term hold!!! Hourglass11

I have no objection to being diluted 100% if Sprott and Betsky are okay with it. As to the circular today I barely skimmed it because I believe management has told so many lies in the past they can't be trusted now. Once a liar always a liar.

Let's Bring lyin Deon to Canada and face real Canadian justice and see if Lyin Deon goes home that night. I'm so sick of this whole charade,  I mean the whole thing  purely makes me sick,  the bullchit that this fu*uck*ar Deon and his chronies have been allowed to pass off is purely illegal but they have.  They live in a country without laws or a sense of justice, this ...more
