$0.07 new all time low

And this was on 1.3mm shares, or 0.5% of the company.

 

What's worse is if this gets voted down, debenture holders will practically take over the whole company since the share price is so low (they get paid in shares at 95% of VWAP).  At this price debenture holders will own 90%.  The "dissident" group will have less than 2%. 

 

At 0.07 per share, that 0.11 - 0.21 liquidation distribution is actually looking good.  Why would someone say no to that?

Are you stupid you POS. . Why would we say no to  11 to 21 cents a share? . BECAUSE you Phueking moron, that is not what we would get if we voted yes you miserable piece of CHE.IT   we would get less than now. we would get between 0 adn 05 cents... .. One thing you seem to forget you miserable azzswipe ,  AGA will not let this thing go to dilution,  if they did that  ...more

Today's share price has no relation to what the notes will convert at. As the price they convert at, if shareholders decide to approve them converting (Yes we get to vote on that), will be determined come September. I encourage everyone to read the part of the circulars discussing the modifications to the note indentures.  It is in the stockholder one as well briefly, but they did a very ...more
