Was to see what share price shareholders are willing to accept? If the asset sale is rejected, i think wmc might offer between .45 to .55 share.>

.45 - .55 I'm good with that to start. The bigger question is what would anglo counter with if anything. I don't think anglo want's to see this asset go south on them !!!

I'm absolutely confident that IF /when the offer comes in that Anglo will be putting in a counter,  they would be foolish to not....    Look, We have a good idea as to what this is worth realistically.  It's been pointed out numerous times already,  MWS at 400 million is still a steal, and Ezulwini at 150 million  is an even bigger deal. Possible scenario. WMC makes a bid for the company plus debt of .50 valuing the company at $120m + 325mil debt for a total of  $445mil. Anglo is not going to go for that so they dump Gold One and offer $475mil for the company incl. debt. Gold One knows they are not going to get as sweet a deal from Anglo as they got from our beloved leaders so they bid $120mil for Ezulwini. Anglo's in a ...more
