Open to Negotiations

Instead of First Uranium saying they are open to negotiations and they will work with Waterpan to help shareholders, as usual, Deon and pals take the selfish road again and have a paper/news release war for their own personal agenda.

All the more reason to vote "AGAINST"

Every time I hear deon or bod responding they are always derogative to something that may be positive for shareholders. I almost get a sick feeling in my stomach. something like the feeling I got when they announced they had almost burnt through the 10 mill loan from GO. these guy's have become very scarey!!!!

I agree.  It is predictable at this point to get something like that back. And absolutely the other bidders have advisors as well. What FIU continues to fail to mention is that the note, and debenture modifications are not contingent on us accepting the deal. Just the debt holders accepting them.  So the June notes extend to Oct 5th if debt holders vote for the change, weather we vote ...more

Please note, if you are considering Critical_Mass' suggestion of voting for resolution #4, and you are voting online, you must revote on all resolutions. So that is 6 resolutions "against"  and one "for"......if you are so inclined.

The actions of this board disgusts me. The self-serving insistence of the BOARD in always pushing forward their agenda to sell the assets of the company at distressed prices must be stopped. If it was known to the BOARD that the company was un-able to financing its future activities, then before the decision was made to liquidate the assets the  shareholders should have had a chance to decide ...more
