Point is.....

That EVEN if we do get .33  ....(which it wont be, MAX would end up with around .265).........IS NOT ENOUGH for such ASSESTS!!!!......WE deserve MIN .63+ and we should not settle for any less ...

 

Please do the smart thing and vote NO for now.....once the NO vote hits the wire, someone will come out and offer us much more..... there is way too much gold underground here for someone to let it go...

 

Gold is going to $2K in the next 90 days....we got big amount of gold underground for not much cost to get it out.....

 

Lets keep to the orignal plan and vote NO!!!...... I already voted NO!

At the beginning of 2011 the shares were more then double your 0.63, and the company raised 50M + to keep developing the mines to completion in order so that the company could be profitable. The company looked cheap to me based on what the BOARD had been saying. I will never support this board because they cannot be trusted. They should have resigned rather than give away the assets.
