I have already voted NO

I wouldn't change my vote, unless this Forum decides it, especially if it comes from Lefmike1, Hmmmmmmm & Critalmass.

Relatively decent  volume today, howering around 0.17... staying strong, wont sell it unless it hits 0.50.

We really need Waterpan to step up and follow through with their plan of putting in an  updated offer in the next day or so. Then we will really see some pressure put onto the BOD, Anglo and Gold One!!!! My vote stays no until we at least see $ .60 which Anglo thought was a good deal not that long ago. We will not let you steal these assets!!!   Hourglass11

It's possible Waterpan has already made the updated offer. How soon after would FIU need to make it public?

This remains smoke and mirrors until Anglo blinks and raises their bid for MWS, or the entire company, and loses the escrow account. I believe any money that goes into the escrow accounts is gone and therefore shouldn't be part of anyone's calculations. Even .60/shr plus the debt values the company at over 460mil. Our Group of voting NO or YES at this moment doesn't matter anymore . Big shareholders : Olma, Sprott .... said they would support so our percent of the VOTE is nothing of 238mil votes. Hope that they won't come short of $.33cents.

note that Sprott is missing from Olma's latest announcement
Comment by Critical_Mass on Jun 11, 2012 2:53pm
It means that this deal is going to close as is.  And in all likelihood will pass.  Interestingly Sprott wasn't in that group.  So who knows.  Perhaps they will dissent from the transaction and sue.  There is legal recourse for this also.  Although I don't know how it will work in this case, as normally it is when someone acquires the whole company. So now we ...more

The problem I see is that we only receive .22 @ end of jun. And have to wait until dec for remaining .11. That s ==ks and what if escrow is depleted. Olma sues --- big deal ----     that doesn't get me my other .11. I am really surprised that this thing is even trading above .22 ..
