Why I will Continue to Vote NO

I am holding more than 200,000 shares of FIU. From the value of MWS and Ezulwini mine, it is far beyond 50 cents. The big share holders manipulate the profit of FIU and the purpose is to get the FIU assets at very low price.

For us, if 33 cents guranteed, we would be in the delimma. OK, right now Olma and related parties would vot for the deals. Should we, small share holders, vote for the deal also? No, I don't think so. For us, if these deals were failed, it's good to us compared to 33 cents return. Dilution is not a problem. And we will have new BoD and AGA and related agents will be ousted from FIU. After dilution, share price can also go up because it's still a profitable mines.

I have voted against the proposals already and I will never change it except above 50 cents deal. I will NEVER change my mind. Just personal opinion.
