In Closing

I believe the outcome was best given the circumstances.

If Olma and friends hadn't flipped we would be in a bankruptcy situation right now.

There would have been a bidding war for MWS. Anglo would have led the charge at $200M. Other bidders would have forced the price up to $250M...shy of the current $335M. The shortfall of $85M would have meant zero for shareholders.

Sad but true.  End result = insead of .00 ->.11 we have .22->.33.

Again, as a newspaper person.
