People are selling FIU today just dont want to wait or dont trust the deal altogether. Nothing is certain at this point.

Also people may be nervous about what is going on in Greece over the weekend may just want to be in cash

People are buying today, not selling. Thanks to Greece election crisis, USD will go up. The big money wants your shares, which will still be worth something after distribution.
