Please everyone do waht you think is right

My views on management of FIU is jaded,

I stand corrected, and rightly so,  Betsky and Olma have not bailed  they are stillholding...

What I saw was a swap of shares nothing more than that...

So act accordingly.............

imo: .22 (+/-+), 11 (+/-) payouts are not absolute certain at this time, to be determined only after the close of the transactions,  Remember, at the moment, must be 0.33 or greater for  Betsky and Olma to accept, otherwise, the dynamics may change. That is why it is trading at 0,23-0.235. Like everything else, it is currently priced as the risk/reward price. For ...more

Have you guys even read what the sales agreement stipulates? Go over it,  don;t dream with rose colored glasses you guys,  for the sale to Gold One there can be no incumberances, the mine must be operating at a profit,  DID YOU READ THAT?  At a profit,  if not  FIU will have to make up the difference,  The same thing for MWS,  now what can go wrong?  ...more

The figures show the mine is operating at a profit. The distribution to mid-June indicates a Gold One payback of $10.2-million. They chewed through the first $10-mil. Jan to April but haven't drawn any further since. Assuming this number is correct then they are running a profit.

@ HMMMMMMMMMM  What figures show ezzy running @ a profit? They indicated payback to gold one of 10.2 so whats the .2 - interest or more loan?  how do we know they have not drawn any since the end of may and that the mine has operated profitable since end of may? How do know that they are not drawing anymore from gold one. MAYBE  using profit from MWS to subsidize losses from ezzy ...more

that still doesn't tell me ezzy is running at a profit !!! All they said was by the end of may they should have a hauling problem solved to support a profitable ezzy . did this transpire ?????
Comment by Hmmmmmmm on Jun 18, 2012 6:44pm
dubsbs - of course it did. Otherwise they'd be $15-million owing to Gold One a/o June 6.

@ HMMMMMMMMMM i hate to be a pain in the axx BUT if ezzy makes 2mil and mws makes a few mill by jun.30.2012 will this earning or cash be distibuted as well to common shareholders.

No I expect the distribution will be as noted previously. The new distribution announced before the vote obviously swayed the vote as noted by Olma/Betsky. I seriously doubt they will pay much less than announced or there will be endless class action suits for misleading shareholders (again) to vote in favour.   Notes     $154.9   ...more
