why is fiu trading at a premium to 12.5 cents?
If they are only going to pay out 12.5 cents and missed estimates from a month ago by 40%, why is this stock trading at a premium to 12.5 cents right now? Obviously the market must be expecting more than 12.5 cents so where will the other money come from? Is this a good short right now?

The premium is probably for the 30 mill in escrow held until jan & feb that also gets distributed to the unit holdes 25 mill and debents 5mill. If you want to short go ahead but that may be a death wish !!!!!
