From Last PR

I didn't like this line from the last press release, "the Board will determine an additional amount to be distributed to the holders of the Units". They didn't indicate an amount. It made me a little nervous.

Well there's 4 mill in the bank approx 1.5 mill owed in taxes and 25 + 5 mill in escrow and an amount to hold for future liabilities after all is said and done. So the the amount to be determined is what is left from all this after bond holders are paid and this future liability is determined and exact tax liability. I'm thinking close to .105 per unit to a max of .115.

@orbit-room. Are you out now or still in????/

I just wish they said 10 or 11 cents. They made it sound like they would determine what we should get. It was too casual. Maybe I'm cautious from the first payout being lowered dramatically.

I'm still in.

@orbit-room .... they said an amount to be determined at a later date to cover their axx in case something goes wrong between now and pay-out time. EG: claim against escrow or lawsuit of some sort. I'm hoping on min.10 max.11 and I am still accumulating. I ve purchased approx 130,000 shares between .05 and .06 and still will continue to add at .05-.055 -.06.  to me this is an easy 67 ...more

I was blind to the fact that they could lower the first payout. It was a shock when they did. My eyes are open this time to the thought that the next payout could be lower than 10 cents.

Your not alone on that one. A lot of investors were taken by surprise by that move me included. However, I believe the risk is lower for a claim against the escrow and lawsuits. If there was a significant deficency in the assets they sold you would think that that would have surfaced by now. also remember that anglo gold has a significant share in the escrow account among other heavy hitters and ...more

"There is absolutly no operational or polictical risk here. only lawsuit's or claims against escrow".  You must be joking! If something goes wrong operationally this can be taken out of escrow as they can claim that it was the result of past management. That being said, I am still long about 40% as I have sold some more. Its trading where it is for a reason, to say its an easy ...more

well proud we will have to wait an see. in the mean time you should read the criteria that would constitute a claim.!!! regards

I would be loading up if it were at 3 cents. 5-6 cents seems a risk to me. They halved the first payout, they may find a way to do the same for the second.

@orbit- room. I sure hope that doesn't happen.  I'm still accumulating at 5-6. here;s to hoping
