market is saying 2 things

1. They dont trust management

2. there could be lawsuits from the funds holding back some payments

I think the market is saying it doesn't like the vague statement about the date and amount of the payment. I don't think there will be any lawsuits. If there are, it will be after all the payouts. Maybe Nicholas Betsky will sue for his full .33.
