2 cents eps with 9 millions market capitalization.. 

since oil have gone from almost negative and the postponement of capital expenditure, now oil at 60 bucks US more oil companies will starts to raise it capital budget to increase production.. 

This 9 cents is way too low for a profitable company .. 

9.8 millions market cap is a joke .. 5x would be reasonable here 40-50 millions market cap !!

Insiders hold 11% and institutional investors hold 20%..  Outstandings shares 110 m , the float of 74 millions.. It needed a Press released on the contract wins I think we we see it gap up from here .. I'm taking this time to accumulate more here .. glta

Lots of accumulation going on here..  One those loose shares is out suspecting they push this up . 20% institutionals holding and11% insiders ownership..  Csm needed to thrown some PR bones here!!
