Management change

I might be blunt here....does anyone agree CSM management team needs change! Most of them have been in their roles for more than 4 years and it looks like it is not working! Their bios are good but might be not good fit for them! I am big supporter for this company!

Oil services lags oil stocks ..  Csm will be the most sought services necessary for the cash rich oil companies which showing a last of traction's.. The margin is up .. Agree the compensation should be tied accordingly to companies performance..

Ceo and cfo only joined 2018 ..  2.5 years I say keep the benefits of doubt give them time as oil just bounces this year .. another year or so and see what they could do with oil on bull run .. I thought they doing a good job since they increase the margin on last report ..

One more year is too much, other 2 needs change, so i would give ceo and cfo another quarter, the other 2 must move....the 3 qs performance rule in corporate states that every executive has 3!qs to perform, first two he will get sympathy, third one will get brown box  and HR meeting....

Not impressed by the compensation numbers for 2020: Yves: 1.3Million , Watt 600 thousands, Neil 656 thousands, Barry 601 thousands........total paid compensation paid in 2020 is 3.2million....interesting.... However the company adjusted EBITDA is 10.5 million, so they paid 30% of it to 4 individuals, despite the company revenue decreased by 15% from 2019 and adjusted EBITDA decreased by 60% from ...more
